Right off I 95. This property is worn but well maintained. We felt safe. Parking lot well lit and outside clean. Great stay.Great price .
This is a 3 star hotel. It doesn't have valet parking or a concierge but, it is a most excellent place to stay if you're traveling on I 95 this is the best place to stop for the night in Dillon SC. The rooms are clean, the beds are very good, the staff is friendly AND Waffle House is within walking distance with a Sunoco gas station directly across the street so you can fill up with fuel on your way back to the interstate. I'll stop here again.
We checked in late last night almost 12am in the morning and the front desk staff was friendly that accommodating my request for 1st floor room. The bed was comfortable. The place was clean. Breakfast has lot of choices (sausages, eggs, bacons, pizza, quesadillas, sausage muffin, danish, muffin, juice, yogurt, individual milk carton, coffee, tea, waffle, etc.) Don’t miss out the cute Santa in the lobby!
The water in the sink drained slowly, the curtains had dirty spots on them, the refrigerator never got cold, and the door trim was filthy. I used Lysol wipes to clean it with lite effort. My camera was dead, so my sister sent them with her summary. Otherwise, the staff was wonderful.

Very reasonable prices and friendly staff. The room was clean — fresh linens, towels, and everything needed to spend a night or day while traveling. Perfect spot for travelers to rest. Delicious and varied breakfast. Highly recommend!
I stopped here as a halfway point while driving South and it was a good experience. Easy check-in, everyone was very friendly, no hidden fees. The room was clean and the bed was actually incredibly comfortable - probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve had in a long time. Breakfast was bacon, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, baked goods ect with coffee and juices. Good to get you started. I would definitely stay here again if passing through.
The sofa in my room had two foot long tears in it, and the owners live on the premisses and use the lobby like a living room. The service was good, and there's a breakfast bar that's better than most places, so it gets an average rating.
